GREX participates in "Great Tool Giveaway"

Alhambra, CA, March 22 – Grex Power Tools announces their participation in the Great Tool Giveaway Contest held by Woodshop News at the 2007 AWFS Show in Las Vegas. They will be generously donating a 1-3/4” length 23 gauge headless pinner, model P645 for this special event.

“We are honored to be invited to participate in such a noteworthy event,” expresses Jerry Carter, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Grex Power Tools. “Getting our tools into the hands of those we design them for motivates us to continue our research and development. The tool giveaway allows us to directly put our tool into someone’s hands, even if it is only one lucky winner.”

The P645, first introduced at the IWF Show in 2006, is the newest addition to their family of 23 gauge headless pinners. Like its predecessors, model P630 and P635, it has the patented ‘Self Adjusting Magazine’ that requires no manual adjustments to the magazine for driving different fastener lengths. This beneficial feature has been proven to reduce nail jams in the production environment. The most notable upgrade to the P645 is the increased fastener range. It’s capable of driving headless pins from 3/8” up to 1-3/4” in length –a total of 13 different lengths.

Like the P635, other features include the rear exhaust with silencer, removable no-mar tip, and a narrow pointed nose for precise fastener placement and access to tight areas and corners. Although lightweight, compact and easily maneuverable, the P645 can drive long fasteners through even the hardest woods.

Grex will be exhibiting at AWFS again this year. Visit their booth to see their full line of products, and participate in their hands-on demonstrations that include the P645. For more information on the P645, other Grex products, and AWFS show, go to
